CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As OMEGA GROUP, we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, as the Company, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of all kinds of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). With the full realisation of this responsibility, we process your personal data in the capacity of “Data Controller” defined within the scope of the KVK Law, as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.
a. Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data

c. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media in order to establish the employment contract in a healthy manner in line with the above-mentioned purposes and to fulfil the mutual obligations in case of the establishment of the employment contract and to fulfil the Company’s obligations arising from the contract and the law in a complete and correct manner. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.
d. Cookies and Anonymous Traffic Data

e. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in the KVK Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company by the methods set out below, the Company will finalise the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by the Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above to the Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to the Company in writing in accordance with the KVK Law. In this context, the channels and procedures you will submit your application in writing to the Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request containing the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise among the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law; By filling out the Application Form Regarding the Protection of Personal Data, you can send a signed copy of the form to Sultan Selim Mah. Levent / Kağıthane / İstanbul in person with documents identifying your identity, you can send it via notary public or other methods specified in the KVK Law or you can send the relevant form to info@omegagrup.org with secure electronic signature. Your application will be finalised as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
