Born in 1968, Öner Çelebi completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Zile and then graduated from Istanbul Technical University Electrical Engineering Department, Istanbul Technical University Institute of Science and Technology Master Programme and Anadolu University Business Administration Department.
After graduating, Çelebi worked as a Project Manager at Gempa Elektrik for two years and started his serial entrepreneurial life with his first company, which he established with three partners in 1993, providing material sales and assembly services. In 1994, he established Omega Engineering to provide turnkey electrification services, and in 2007, he established Omega Pano with the experience gained from the electrical panels he started to produce in 1998 for engineering projects. Then, inspired by the after-sales maintenance and repair services they provide in line with customer demands, he founded ProAsist Technical Services in 2010, which today provides more than 125 electrical, mechanical maintenance and repair services. Çelebi, who dreamed of providing services for homes for many years, established MrUsta Turkey in 2022 through a partnership with MrUsta, which has been actively providing master services to homes in Dubai for some time, and incorporated it into Omega Group. He is currently serving as the Chairman and CEO of Omega Group companies. In 2017, Öner Çelebi was selected as an Endeavour entrepreneur at the international selection panel held in Sofia and is a member of TÜSİAD, ETMD, YANINDAYIZ, TEDAR, ENDEAVOR, EMO and ITU Alumni Association. Mr Çelebi, who serves as Vice Chairman of TÜRKONFED Board of Directors and Chairman of the Digital Transformation Commission, is also Vice Chairman of SEDEFED and Board Member of the Business for Goals Platform. Çelebi also contributes as a mentor in BORGİP, I Can Manage My Business and ITU-MD organisations.
Born in 1968 in Istanbul, Mustafa Güngör graduated from Yıldız University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1990. In 1994, he started to work at EMAR After Sales Customer Services Inc., one of the Elginkan Group companies that owns Eca and Serel brands. Until 2017, he served as General Manager at EMAR A.Ş. and VALF A.Ş., Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors at EMAS A.Ş., VALFSEL A.Ş., Ar Muslukçuluk A.Ş., Eke İnşaat A.Ş. and Teztaş A.Ş., which are Elginkan Group Companies. He took part in the Board of Trustees of the Elginkan Foundation. He was the leader of Emar A.Ş.’s 2001 TÜSİAD-KalDer National Quality Grand Prize and 2002 EFQM European Quality Award finalist achievements. Güngör, who has assumed active roles in many NGOs, has served as Board Members / Executive Committees / Association Presidencies in DOSIDER (Natural Gas Industrialists and Businessmen Association), KALDER (Turkish Quality Association) and EYODER (Energy Efficiency and Management Association).
Güngör, who is a Board Member at Omega Group companies, Omega Engineering Inc., Omega Pano Inc., ProAsist Inc. and MrUSTA Inc., has been the General Coordinator of the Group since 2019.
Since the establishment of our first company, Omega Group has always been centred on its customers and their needs. This has been a long but enjoyable journey that we cannot just say 'we are customer orientated' and not do justice to it; a journey in which we are constantly evolving by sharing, learning, lending a hand to each other, and what our customers add to us and what we add to them.
Each time, our scope and service area has expanded in line with the needs of our customers. While providing engineering and contracting services with Omega Engineering, we entered the panel production business with Omega Pano and the maintenance, repair and operation management business with ProAsist Technical Services to protect such large investments and ensure the sustainability of the operations of businesses. Later, we observed that people as well as businesses need services related to their homes in their daily lives, and we entered the business of craftsmanship services to make the lives of both people and retailers serving the end consumer easier by partnering with Dubai-based MrUsta.
We have always invested in technology for the development of our customers and their companies who need transparent, traceable and manageable processes. In all this process, even as we have grown and our service area and competencies have expanded, we have never taken our eyes off our customers and never taken our hand off their shoulders.
For nearly 30 years, life has always flowed forward and upwards for us. In this process, we have and will continue to move the lives of our stakeholders forward by supporting our customers, partners, employees, sector, industries and economies with our different vision, strong engineering muscles, high quality products, deep knowledge and devoted approach.
